Many residents have voiced concern over young adults that are driving on our roadways and the high risk that is present when these inexperienced and untrained operators are under the age of 16 and not licensed. Please do not allow children to drive golf carts. This is not only a safety hazard as well as being illegal if they are not a licensed driver.
