There will be a meeting of the HOA Board at the Twenty Mile Village pavilion on December 7th at 6:30PM. Assessments will be discussed and voted upon. The previous vote may not have provided enough opportunity for residents to be aware of the meeting, so we are going to discuss assessments again and vote on the 2018 assessment.
We are preparing to accept volunteers for the four committees (ARB, Social, Safety, Finance), but the forums are not working properly right now. Keep an eye here for more information as the web site continues to be developed.
Finally, these forums and posts are being worked on during free time, so please be patient if items are not approved/updated quickly.
